Zenvy works with one family account where parents and children come together. Setting it up is simple and only takes a few minutes. Learn step by step how to create a family and add parents and children in Zenvy.

Step 1: Create Parent Account

Download and open the Zenvy app on your own device (iOS or Android).

Choose "Continue as parent"
Select "Create new family"
Register with email and password or via Google or Apple.
Enter your first name and last name

👉 Your account and the family profile are now created.

Step 2: Add Child to the Family

Create child profile

Go to "Add member" in the app
Choose "Add child"
Create the child profile
An invitation code will be displayed
Copy or remember this code

Link child on their own device

Download and open the Zenvy app on the child's device
Choose "Continue as child"
Enter the invitation code

👉 The child is now added to the family.

Step 3: Add Additional Parent to the Family

Generate parent invitation code

Go to "Add member"
Choose "Add parent"
Click "Generate parent invitation code"
Copy or remember the code

Link parent on their own device

Download and open the Zenvy app on the other parent's device
Choose "Join existing family"
Enter the invitation code
Register with email and password or via Google or Apple. (As an additional parent, you create your own account.)
Enter your name

👉 The parent is now added to the family.
